Flex-Trax respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Flex-Trax ’s Web site.

Part I. Information Collection
Flex-Trax collects information through our Web site ONLY when you purchase our products. We collect the following information about primary visitors:

• Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

We collect the following general data that is NOT personally identifiable information:

• IP Address in order to tell where our visitors are coming from.

We collect this information through:

1. Order Forms
   When you place an order for GoClaws on our web site, we will get personally identifiable information in order to complete the order process.
2. Log Files
   The log files for the Flex-Trax web site are viewed every month and analyzed. From the log files, we can see the IP address of visitors to our site. We don't know how to pinpoint an individual by their IP address, so you don't need to worry about that.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Flex-Trax our shopping cart software (Miva) to remember what is in your cart, etc. Miva is a "canned" program and it does place a cookie on your hard drive. This is the only time we use cookies. We don't know how to use cookies any other way.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Flex-Trax will be used for fullfilling your order. Users who provide information will receive our products.

Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. We have NEVER sent out any announcements, newsletters, special deals, etc., but we may decide at some point it the future, to do so.

The information we collect will NOT be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will NOT supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We may share data with the following third parties:

  In order to process your order, we have to share your information with our credit card processor.
